“Got this today. The button doesn't work on my iPhone 6s even though other headsets work fine. It's almost like it doesn't make good contact. No case or screen protector on my phone”

I have an iPhone 6. Mine was the same way, then I started leaving my phone in it’s case before I put it in the headset. Now the button works. I guess the phone just needed to be a little closer to the button. If your case doesn’t fit in, maybe you could put something thin behind the phone, like cardboard?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a flaw in the one I got that prevents the button slider from smoothly going under the contact for the arm inside. It catches and rarely works. If I could get it to focus, I'd put some kind of shim under it for better contact.
