Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because of backwards compatability within the bluetooth standard, incompatability is not likely the answer. 1st, I would ensure that the device you want to connect with is powered up, is there a lit LED? Is the device in pair mode? It should display a flashing blue LED after holding down the connect button(s) 2nd, I would ensure no other device is connected to the controller. If it was previously connected with any other device(s), try temporarily switching off the bluetooth on those other devices. Then, restart your LG stylo, open Settings > Connections/ Tap Scan, to search for the device you wish to pair with. If you are still unable to see the device you seek, try to turn off the "Nearby device scanning" option in >MORE CONNECTION SETTINGS" Then scan manually by pressing 'SCAN" in Connections > Bluetooth > To trouble shoot the host device, your LG Stylo 3, is it able to see other new devices? You can test this by unpairing an already paired device, like the device you wear in your ear for making hands free phone calls, or bluetooth ear buds. After unpairing hit "Scan" if "nearby devices" is still off, and see if the device appears on the "Available devices" list. If it doesnt, then the issue is most likely with your phone, and not the controller. You would likely need to troubleshoot your phone. I hope this helped you connect with your device.
