Yes, I have short hair and it is a god-send. Just be careful when trying to style around the ears, it tends to get quite warm.

It is very good for short and long hair. Be careful with long hair the brushes break easily. I had 6 of this brand , they last about a year before the brush become loose and they don't sell the replacements. I just keep buying them.
