QuestionI have arthritis on the top of my foot. I have a very small foot (size 4 in women's). Is the unit deep enough so the wax would cover the top of my mid-foot? Thanks!

- Answer Yes it should be fine. it fits my size 10 foot up to the ankle so it's plenty deep and plenty big

QuestionWhat are the dimensions of the unit (length x width)? Will a large hand fit in the unit, or is this the type of device where melted wax is to be transferred to a bag?

- Answer The dimensions are approx. 6" wide by 9" long at the 'wax line'. I have large hands and have to dunk one area at a time in order to get 'full coverage'. The wax isn't transferred to a bag - your hand is - you dunk your hand several times, removing it each time, then after the final dunk, remove your hand and when the wax has solidified you put your hand in a bag, then you put the 'bagged' hand into the mitten (glove).
