QuestionMy night pictures look very foggy. This just happened recently. They use to be clear. Can you help me troubleshoot? I just put brand new batteries in it. So that’s not the problem.

- Answer Hi Lissa! I’d check to see if the IR light is scratched/damaged or if there’s natures residue on the lens which might interfere with the night vision. You can also try a factory reset. Thanks for being a valued customer.
