Yes, but you will need an extra 4 pin extension cable for the rear camera.

You will need a longer attachment wire. I installed this on a Chevrolet Heavy Duty with a huge salt dispenser on the back and only had a few inches to spare. System works great but I need about 3 more feet to tuck the wires away.

You should be able to because place the camera your rear of the vehicle. The only issue is the wiring if we could extend the length of the RV.
