“First Fast Wireless Charging appeared on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Then the notification went out (charging Paused) then it showed up again. Then I see a message stating my phone is not compatible. This keeps repeating. Is this a defect or fixable? HELP.”

Please try again later.I’m guessing it’s a defect but also make sure your phone is sitting probably and doesn’t have a case to have better contact i have one and I haven’t had any issues after a month of frequent use. So if it’s the product not working just have them give you a new one.
