Unfortunately, no. It does not have live connection. It can only record and save directly to the internal memory.

There is a police ID space to be filled in there, but I don't know how is that used exactly as i did not look into it yet. As far as using it to live stream. No. One would have to have it perhaps mounted on their computer and plugged in to it, if the pc itself does not have a built in cam. In conjunction with the proper software, one might be able to get that done.
