I have that same problem... twice also.

Please try again later.I had the same issue, the power adapter's plug is larger and just doesn't fit, I returned the unit showing the BestBuy Customer Assistance staff and they were surprised and it was "exchanged." A week later the second Rexing PK2 arrived at BestBuy and I again showed the staff the problem and they were again surprised; I mentioned they should contact the vendor. They just took the unit and I received a refund. I also tried calling Rexing's customer support number, but there was only a recording stating they were not open because of Covid-19. I e-mailed their support address [email protected], which is listed in their pamphlet, this was their response: "Hi friend , Good day! Please contact the customer service staff on the platform where you can buy enough. In this case, the optical machine may need to be replaced. [email protected]"
