• Of course you can watch the videos on your phone just download the application. It's a little complicated but everything comes in the instructions.

• You can watch videos that have already been recorded. You can not view live recordings on your phone while they are happening.

• Yes, you can pair it the REXING CONNECT APP while in the vehicle to view and save recorded footage.
