how well can the cameras see through tinted windows. will the image be darkened. i had a rexing 3 system in a previous truck that was destroyed in a crash. R3 had no problem with tint. image was perfectly clear. null

I have a pretty dark tinted front window and really dark on all the other windows and the video is nice even on the side cameras..

I answered my own question. Bought it, and installed it. The R4 cameras see through tint just fine. Even with side windows up, the image is crystal clear. The image through back glass is crystal clear.

Hello!

How dark the tint would be a big factor but since you mentioned your previous camera had no problems, it is safe to say the R4 will not have issues either. The sensor should handle it without any problems!
