Not waterproof. Wires run along headliner then to back window. Can adjust angle up and down on the rear camera. The OBD II plug is long enough to go from middle of window, up to driver headliner, down A piller and into the OBD II plug. Yes it takes a small sd card. Have to buy the right card. Rexing requires 1 brand or it wont work at all. Cant remember the name. Just got to their site. They tell you it
