No. Some Tesla Super Chargers are restricted to Tesla-only for business reasons, and the oldest generation of them out there is only compatible with Tesla cars for technology reasons. You can use the Tesla app to identify compatible chargers after telling it what kind of car you have. Note - "Rexing" is not a brand I recognize, and I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. I'm answering a generic question of whether this type of adapter will do that.
