• Hello! Mounting this dashcam on the dashboard will lead to poor visibility. Therefore, we recommend installing it on the windshield.

• You would not want to mount this camera to the dashboard. It's made for the windshield. The camera would be blocked or have a terrible angle.

• Highly suggest to mount the camera at a level like the interior rear view mirror level is at and tuck the wire leading to the rear camera
