• Hi! Thank you for your message. You do not need cell phone service to connect to the device via WIFI. You can use the REXING CONNECT app to connect to the wifi and view your footage. You can also pull the SD card out and insert it into you PC and view it there.

• You cannot view it on screen. The display is terrible when operating. It looks reflective. Employee told me you cannot view it on screen display
