Please contact support at [email protected] if your GPS is not working. It should embed your speed and latitude and longitude onto every video you watch.

Please try again later.I dont yet have the logger I plan on getting it soon but I believe on the camera when you plug it in it’s to show the speed of the vehicle and the gos coordinates and then if you want to see the trip on the map there is a computer program that you can access on a pc and it’ll connect your saved video from the dashcam and take gps info and show both video and map view at the same time it’s quite confusing I recommend watching a video
