No, the app is only available to access the footage on your SD card while in the vehicle. You cannot remotely connect from anywhere.

Not unless they have the App. This does have Wi-Fi that you can download to your phone or computer but you still meed that Rexing app to see the videos. You have a micro chip that can be removed and review on a laptop or computer

No. To watch and review the footage, they will need to be in the vehicle or within the device's wi-fi range. The Rexing App will allow you to put the camera footage on your phone while driving and take photos and start and stop recording.
