How do I change the time and date? null

Stop the recording, and click the menu button. You can toggle down to TIME/DATE and change it from there.

First, you need to press "REC" to stop recording. Then you press the "MENU" button twice and use the "MIC" button to scroll down till you see "Time & Date" and press "OK" You can then toggle between time and date to make changes. Remember: It is advisable to reformat your sd card before setting a new time and date if you have an issue with the camera always changing the time & date randomly.

You can't on the camera but download the app and connect to its wifi. It will do it automatically when you connect to the appt.
