• Yes, you can use in remote areas. The camera will record onto a MicroSD card located inside the unit itself (it’s a good idea to purchase a larger card). You must buy the kit so that it will record when you have your vehicle turned off, other wise it only record while the vehicle is running. You will only connect via WiFi when you connect directly to your smartphone to view activity or you can remove the MicroSD card and view on your laptop. When you connect to your smartphone, you use their app, Rexing Connect.

• Yes, the camera doe snot need WIFI to record. WIFI is only meant to quickly access the footage on the device.
