Hello! Since our units have a supercapacitor, they are able to withstand the hotter and colder climates. However, to ensure there are no problems, on days of heat warnings, please move the dashcam into a location that's not directly exposed to the sun.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS BRAND! I bought this V5 camera and made the worst mistake. They don’t care if the camera under warranty is not working. My camera kept rebooting and and upon contacting the customer care they told me upgrade the firmware. I did that and after few days I started having the same issue. But by then I was out of warranty and they will not replace the junk they sold me. Choose a reputable brand which respects their customer and does the right thing if the customer is experiencing issues instead for delaying till the warranty runs out.
