If using memory card, you have to install VLC Media to make it work. If using system WiFi, you may have to get help from a techie. When using the WiFi feature the first time, the unit is supposed to display its user name and password. Mine didn’t. I tried to get it on my iPhone. The technician was able to get the user name to show up on my phone, then used 123456789 for a password and got it to display on my phone. Also, my unit is supposed to have a playback feature. It doesn’t.
