Hello this is a common quest as I go through and answer them make sure the mic piece is plugged in all the way and plugged in right and make sure your not muted Sry for bad English

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi! We are sorry to hear that. If you are experiencing some issues with the microphone, please check where it plugs into the headset. There's a notch to help it stick in place and if the mic is in upside down, it won't click in all the way. Try halfway unplugging the mic, rotating it 180 degrees, and plugging it back in. You may also want to make sure the headset is set up properly under your gaming console audio settings. Last but not least, we recommend testing the headset with your mobile to see where the issue is coming from. If for some reason you still encounter the same issue, then it means the mic boom has an actual problem and we might be able to send you one as a one time exception.
