“I plugged it in many times however it doesn’t seem to pick my audio well unless my mouth is literally touching it any ways I could solve this?”

I had this problem too make sure it is plugged in all the way and that the mic is plugged in all the way also make sure your not muted because it still plays a little bit of sound even when your muted hope I helped

To troubleshoot it, please check where the mic plugs into the headset: There’s a notch to help it stick in place. If the mic is in upside down, it won’t click in all the way. Try halfway unplugging the mic, rotating it 180 degrees, and plugging it back in. You might also want to test it with a different controller to isolate the cause of the issue. If you still get the same results, please contact our Customer Care Team at: 1-855-765-7878 as we might be able to provide a replacement microphone (if available).
