The long answer is I contacted the manufacturer directly and made a recommendation they sell just the pieces as after market product offerings. Because they are now a European company instead of a division of Plantronics (who was bought by Ploycomm last year), the timeframe could be very long. I just had to buy a whole new unit. Right now bupkis!
