QuestionCan you use these for ps4

- Answer Yes, these are compatible with PS4 aand PS5. They will also work with XBox One and XBox Series X|S, and any other device with a 3.5mm audio port like PCs and tablets. The RIG audio dial includes a sleeve for both PS4/PS5 controllers (pre-set on this version) and the XBox controller sleeve in the box. Please note, the XBox packaged RIG 500 PRO HX version also includes a Dolby Atmos 2-year activation code. This works on both XBox and Windows 10 PCs. This version is also available at Best Buy. (Sony currently does not support Dolby Atmos for 3D Surround Sound).

QuestionBought the RIG 500 PRO HS for my son for Xmas. He set it all up today with his ps5 but mic is not working. Have watched all YouTube vids and googled for solutions but still no luck. Any ideas please?

- Answer Hi Hey, The most likely reason for the mic not working on the PS5 controller is that the RIG 500 PRO HS (Gen 1) headset works best with a PS5 controller without the rubber sleeve on the RIG audio dial plug tip. The PS dial sleeve included is more for PS4 controllers. And there is an XB Xbox controller sleeve included as well. But to get full insertion into the PS5 controller so that the rings on the plug make proper connection to left speaker, right speaker, and microphone internal connection points, it's best to remove the rubber sleeve from the plug. QuestionAm I able to independently adjust the game audio volume and chat volume? Sometimes i would like to play without hearing everyone talk, but be able to turn the audio back on without having to pause and unmute the whole team.

QuestionHello, i just bought the rig 500 HS for the PS4. I have both consoles and it came with an adapter labeled “XB”. When i use it for the Xbox 1 i can hear just fine but i can’t eat any of my teammates. Is that Bc it’s strictly meant for the PS4 only?

- Answer Hi Jr. First off, we should advise against eating any of your teammates! In seriousness, the RIG 500 PRO HS is oriented for PS4 but is fully usable with both the PS4 and XBox One. The RIG audio dial cable included with the RIG 500 PRO HS came with the PS4-version sleeve attached to the plug (Marked "PS") . Leave that one on for use with your PS4 controller. If you want to use your RIG 500 PRO with an XBox controller, simply switch the RIG audio dial sleeve to the version labled "XB". Either way, make sure the plug is pushed all the way into the controller until it clicks. Then you can adjust the headset audio on the fly with the volume dial on the RIG audio dial.
