“Hello, i just bought the rig 500 HS for the PS4. I have both consoles and it came with an adapter labeled “XB”. When i use it for the Xbox 1 i can hear just fine but i can’t eat any of my teammates. Is that Bc it’s strictly meant for the PS4 only?”

Hi Jr. First off, we should advise against eating any of your teammates! In seriousness, the RIG 500 PRO HS is oriented for PS4 but is fully usable with both the PS4 and XBox One. The RIG audio dial cable included with the RIG 500 PRO HS came with the PS4-version sleeve attached to the plug (Marked "PS") . Leave that one on for use with your PS4 controller. If you want to use your RIG 500 PRO with an XBox controller, simply switch the RIG audio dial sleeve to the version labled "XB". Either way, make sure the plug is pushed all the way into the controller until it clicks. Then you can adjust the headset audio on the fly with the volume dial on the RIG audio dial.
