“If you wanted to connect your headset directly to your Xbox without using the USB wireless adapter, is it possible? Just asking as an alternative if the USB goes missing or doesn’t work.”

Hi Velly, All RIG gaming products from Nacon are covered by a one year manufacturer's warranty against any defects. So you are covered there. If the wireless adapter went missing or otherwise needed to be replaced and it wasn't covered by warranty, then you would need to replace it to continue using the RIG 800 PRO HX. Or there is also the option of Best Buy Geek Squad extended coverage. The headset and wireless adapter operate on a proprietary 2.4GHz lag-free digital RF wireless connection. So you can not connect directly to Xbox or PC without the adapter. Nacon will be making the adapter available as a separate item for purchase. That will be available approximately March/April 2023.
