To power the headset on, press the power button (left ear cup, center button) and hold for up to 4 seconds. You should hear "Power On" , battery level "Battery High", and then connection status "Headset Connected". The multi-function charging base indicator light will glow red while the headset is charging, make sure the pins are seated properly, and then the light goes out when the headset is fully charged.
