Here are a few things you can try: • Check that the microphone boom is connected properly to your headset, pressed all the way in. • Check that the microphone boom tip is facing your mouth and not twisted. Refer to your user guide and product images for proper orientation. • Make sure the flip-to-mute microphone is all the way down when active on the mic and all the way up when you want to mute (You will hear beep confirming mute) If you are still having issues, please contact RIG Customer Support at [email protected].
