Easy answer is to be present at the location where you want the camera to be set, once that is done, you can monitor cameras anywhere you are while having data service in your device. If you are not there, change to password to a temporary one, share your credentials with whom is going to set up the camera for you with your account, once that´s done, change back the password so only you have access to it.
