“I've seen opposing answers to the question regarding if the ring security siren can be turned off/silenced? One said No and one said it can be turned down using the Ring App. Can the siren be turned down so NO sound comes from the unit and keypad or not?”

• Hi RgsBB, Thanks for reaching out. The siren on your Ring Alarm will automatically shut itself off after 10 minutes of alarming. At this time, there is no way to manually turn the siren off, we do, however, look very forward to integrating this feature in the near future. • No the siren cannot be turned down. Siren can be silenced once it goes off.
