There are not pet alleys on the motion sensors. You can, however, dial back the sensitivity in the Ring App. 

Monitoring is $10 if paid monthly or $100 for the year if paid all at once.

At default sensitivity settings, the motion sensor should not pick up pets under 33 pounds. This article will give you some tips using the Ring Alarm system when you pets: https://bit.ly/2Llgq1I.
