The delay notification can only be configured for the base station; however, you can change the mode settings for the sensors to not send any alerts when at home.

No, there is no option right now to get a notification if a door is left open for an extended period of time. You can toggle on open/closed alerts within the Ring app settings and see real time status if the door is opened or closed within the app dashboard. You can on the Ring app. There is an initial 60 second delay and the app tells you when the door opens every time.
