“I have an older home with a wired Nutone LA26 chime. I searched the list to try to determine if this unit could be operated with my existing doorbell chime, but the model wasn't listed on either the compatible or incompatible list. Will it work? Thanks”

I am told it will work but I havent hooked mine up. That being said, the system appears to not support different tones for front and rear door unless the existing chime system is already set up for that feature.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it should as most door bells are wired the same (very low voltage). All you need are the two wires from your old doorbell to connect this Ring doorbell. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't have to use the wires. You can simply install it near your old doorbell. I also live in a old home so I didn't want the hassle when I decide to move out. Because I will be taking my ring product with me.
