If you notice your Ring doorbell’s battery is not charging, try the following: Test your outlet to make sure it's working properly by plugging in another device. Try using a different charging cable. The battery can take up to 10 hours to fully charge. If it says offline in the Ring app, your device needs to be reconnected to your wifi. Even if your battery is charged, your doorbell or camera won’t work unless it’s connected to wifi. Tap on “reconnect your wifi Network” and enter your wifi password to reconnect.
