“How far apart (exactly) are the two screw holes for attachment to the wall? (Some show or speak of having "brackets" (to insert it into?) but I"m asking about screwing the doorbell directly into the wall?”

Hi zinya. Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. The Ring Battery Doorbell does not attach directly to the wall. Included with the device is a mounting bracket. The mounting bracket should be secured to the wall with four screws. The Ring Battery Doorbell is then attached to the mounting bracket.
