“My vehicle is a Ford F-150, and is compatible with the Ring Car Cam, it is connected per the directions, however it only records inside the cab and not on the road driving. What do I need to do to get it to function to where it records on the road?”

Hi Depchief. Great question! Drive events automatically begin recording at the beginning of a drive and are always stored locally. The video clips are defaulted to show the interior-facing camera view upon opening. To change the view to the forward-facing camera, click the camera icon at the top right of the screen while playing the clip.
