Trust me you want the hard wired it takes 10 minutes. Just use your outdoor front porch light. Turn power off from box Take down old light fixture. Replace flood light Two wires attached and you’re pretty much done. Adjust as needed

I believe this is hard-wired as the price point coincides with the new hardwired camera. Also, I don't believe that Ring has a wireless spotlight camera.
