“I bought this and set it up and the volume is on the maximum and it’s not very loud. It’s not as loud as the older one that I have is there something wrong with it or do I need to do something to it?”

To ensure you're getting the best sound possible, we recommend trying a few different chime tones in the Ring app under your Chime Pro's audio settings, as certain tones are naturally louder and more noticeable than others. Additionally, if the Chime Pro is in a recessed area or behind furniture, moving it to a more open location can help the sound carry better throughout your home.
