“Can the chime pro be hacked into. Mine is constantly going off line a lot but my others devices in the home are fine. If so, how can I prevent this from happening. My daughter says she can hear someone talking. Please advise.”

The chime pro tends to overheat and shut down. I had no luck with mine either and tired of trying to reset the system all the time. Best Buy Geek Squad helped me setup a netgear 1900 wifi extender and it has been working great, no over heating or shut-downs. It is more money but well worth it.
