Hello Chas, Great question! Yes, the Ring Chime will work with the Ring Floodlight and doorbell at the same chime. However you may add multiple chimes to your home for more coverage. If you have any further questions, please visit our community forum at https://community.ring.com/, for some additional tips and support. We look forward to hearing from you. -All the Best, Jamila at Ring
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes, when you plug in your chime and follow the set up steps on the ring app, there will be an option to choose alert sounds an also which of your ring product you want to alert. for instance i have a front door camera, flood light camera in the backyard an a indoor camera. I only wanted to set up the chime for an alert for the doorbell only. not for motion alarms, but it is nice to have that as an option if i choose to change this in the future. It was so cool because i purchased mine around Halloween and there were options for halloween alerts like ghost noises and all other kinds of good spirited fun.
