Happening to me. No solution yet. Tried reset Chime Pro. Tried reset of router. Tried deleting device from smart phone and worked for about 15 minutes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hasnt happened to me, 1. Check how far it is to your wifi router, it may be too far. 2. If that doesnt work take it back and exchange it for another one, it may be defective.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven’t had this issue , however it sounds like a network issue or an issue with the Ring Chime itself , I suggest that you get the product serviced or try calling in to customer care and have them troubleshoot it to see if that helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This has not happened to me. I suggest you reset all parameters, unplug the remote doorbell for a few minutes, then configure per the instructions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine did the same thing as it was too far from my WiFi connection. I had to get a range extender to plug into an outlet closer to the ring chime. This also helped make the WiFi connections not drop for other connected items.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It could be because your router is not powerful enough, and it's trying to do too much so it kicks you out. You may have to get a powerful gaming router.
