• Make sure you test the sound feature from the ring app first for the chime. That’s what I did and then it worked for me.

• Hello, Great question! You may need to link your Chime to your Ring Doorbell so that when your doorbell is pressed your Chime will ring also. To link your Chime please do the following: Open the Ring App, Tap Devices, tap your Chime, Tap Audio Settings, Tap Chime Alerts. Here you can make your Chime alert you when your doorbell is pressed.
