It’s pretty loud. I have it in basement and cranked up and can hear when blasting stereo in man cave

However, the Ring Chime includes a feature that allows you to adjust the volume and to select from a variety of chime tones within the Ring app to notify you of both Ring and Motion alerts. We also got a small echo that announces when someone is at the door but the door bell chime will not sound on the echo. We place that one in the bed room.
