I use the WiFi it's connected to Ring doorbell plus via WiFi. Not wired directly.

Thank you for asking. Yes, you can connect any of the Ring Video Doorbell devices to a Ring Chime. When plugged into a standard wall socket, the Chime produces an audio signal whenever you receive an alert from a Ring device for motion and doorbell announcements.
