• Most of the game is jogging in place, but there's a silent mode for people in your situation where, instead jogging, you do squats.

• Hi, there are two modes for this game: The jogging one, where it is the default mode, and has you jogging and running in place. However, there is also a modified simple mode, where you do sort of half squats to move in the game, so you won't disturb your downstairs neighbors.

• It has a mode where you can job quietly. I think you swat or something like that to not make as much noise.
