Yes, has two way talk. In order to have cloud recording you need a ring subscription. I bought a 12 month plan for 99.00. It stores your videos for ninety days. If you offload the videos to your personal cloud, I’ve read from other subscribers that offloading videos to your own cloud, can cause some latency. Don’t know if that true as it could have been there bandwidth, but just FYI.
