- Answer My ring finger is a size 6 but i wouldn't recommend wearing the oura ring on any of your middle fingers so i wear mine on my index finger which is a size 9. And since your fingers tend to swell at night i switch the ring to my second finger.

- Answer Yes, they suggest to wear it on your index finger, but I chose not to its on my ring finger on my dominant hand. I find that I don't like to wear rings on my index it feels uncomfortable. I was worried I would just take it off and not wear it. I think the goal is to wear the ring. So far I have had no issues with the ring and data gathering.

- Answer So the sizes are generally about the same but according to Oura you should wear it on your index finger and both my wife and had had a two size difference between our ring and index finger so I would suggest getting the sizing kit

- Answer Yes. The length of the ring will not be an issue for short fingers. The thickness of the ring takes some getting used to.
