NO….it’s will not connect. Even if they say it will it will not. I have community WiFi with spectrum and spectrum pretty much told me to return the thing because it won’t work on community WiFi.

The Ring Indoor Camera requires a 2.4GHz wireless 802.11 B/G/N internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 1Mbps, but 2 Mbps is recommended for optimal performance. Using mobile device hotspots in place of a home wifi network is not recommended and may cause your devices to repeatedly disconnect.
