• For cell viewing?.. yes it doesnt matter whether the cell provider is wifi or data, viewing is the same. Moving the camera itself to a different wifi area will need a wifi reconfiguring.

• Hi Curious. The Indoor Cam will need a stable and strong wifi connection in order to operate. If you are asking about the internet connection on your mobile phone specifically, you can use either wifi or cellular data, whichever provides a better connection.
